Raspberry & Chocolate chia Pudding

Raspberry & Chocolate chia Pudding

This is one of my favourite desserts because it’s delicious and guilt-free! It’s full of goodness, you’ve got the antioxidants from the dark chocolate, the good fruitiness from the raspberries, and all of the goodness from the chia seeds.

Chia seeds are a really good ¬†superfood, it’s full of protein, fiber, and calcium. This recipe has 6 tablespoons of chia seeds in it so that means in each of your chia pudding you have 3 tablespoons of chia seeds.

It’s also really simple to make! I have attached below the recipe to make it so you can enjoy it as much as me and still feel great and guilt-free after.

This is also a great recipe if you’re trying to eat healthy or on a diet but craving the sweet stuff!

For the chocolate chia

8 squares (small) of dark chocolate

1 cup of almond milk ( or any milk of your choice)

3 tablespoons of chia seeds

For the raspberry chia

1/2 a cup of raspberries

1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

3 tablespoons of chia seeds

That’s it!

All you need for tools are:

a blender

Saucepan with hot water

Bowl to put on the saucepan

Two jars with lids

Now you’re ready to start!

  1. Heat the boiling water up in the saucepan and put the squares of chocolate in the bowl and place on top of the saucepan to melt.
  2. Once your chocolate has melted, put in the almond milk and mix them together. When they are mixed take off the heat and put to a side to cool.
  3. Whilst you’re waiting for that to cool, put the raspberries and almond milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Now put both of the ingredients into separate jars e.g. jar 1 has raspberry in it and jar 2 has the chocolate in it.
  5. Then put the chia seeds into both of the jars and stir them until all of the chia seeds are covered.
  6. All you need to do now is put a kid on them and pop them into the fridge. They have to be in there for about 8 hours for it to set.
  7. Once they are set, get your favourite bowl or glass and layer the puddings and enjoy!
